Thunderbolt ethernet stopped working - possible kernel issue?

Hello all,

I haven’t used this “use case” for a few months but I’ve run into an issue with my PC to PC connection done via the QNA-T310G1S (thunderbolt to 10 GbE)

Both devices have the QNA-T310G1S, has worked fine in the past. The current status, the connection leds don’t blink.

After doing some probing, I have found that both computers acknowledge the device is there.

For example:

That being said, I’ve noted that there are “unknown header types” and errors when I shutdown my PC…if they are at all related…

appreciate any insight, WWED.

P.S. noting the issue related to wifi device…that may be a story for another time. That shit the bed on me.

P.P.S. let me know if there is any other info I can provide.

Update:

I have network activity leds on now. I can make an initial connection. When attempting to move a file, Caja is “preparing to transfer” and the network connection drops and cannot be revived/ reconnected.
