I reinstalled windows thinking it could be that.
I removed some ram and lowered the speed but still issues.

Hi i have got similar issue, i bought 256gb ram and it was running fine for about a month and then i started to notice apps would lag before oppening at times. Then i would start to render a video and it would lock up and it would not use much of the cpu ram etc.
