Thoughts on this cheaper gaming build with the AMD fx8350?

I was planning on building a mid-tier gaming PC with the AMD 8350. Wanted some thoughts and recommendations based upon these parts. I probably will not be doing much or any overclocking with this rig. Thanks

AMD- fx 8350 8-core 4.0 GHz $195

Ripjaws X Series DDR3 2x8 GB 2133 RAM $100

HIS IceQ H787Q2G2M Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GPU $220

ASUS 24X DVD Burner $20

Asus M5A97 R2.0 Windows 8 Motherboard $90

XION Gaming Series XON-980-BK w/ 3 120mm fans $70

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" 120mm CPU Cooler $30

Thermaltake TR2 TR-600 600W Power Supply $60

Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD $80

Total: $865

Only thing I'd change would be the GPU. Maybe get a 79 series.

you could get the 7870 tahiti LE (or xt) which is really just a stripped down 7950 for 20 dollars more and it will be a drastically faster card

such as: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131484&Tpk=Radeon%20HD%207870%20Tahiti%20LE

If overclocking isn't a priority, then you could lose the aftermarket cooler and go stock.  It would pay for the upgrade on the 7870 Tahiti LE/XT.

Here's a good article on the Tahiti LE also...
