Think my video card is dying. do these errors suggest that?

I've been getting multiple PCIe errors lately. Just earlier the computer randomly rebooted. The only thing in the log that could account for that is the PCIe spam.
The device connected to that address is a 660ti. I believe I have above 4g decoding turned on as well.

Is my card or cpu most likely dying?
