HI i have a built my own pc for over 20 years … but contoling fans in the Thermaltake view 37 case is throwing me . in order to see and control the cases fans speed you seem to have to use there app and a control board that is built into the case … i keep get a “Code:H_0x0001” cat find fan controller…
i contacted Thermaltake about the problem and they said in wan hardware and sent me a new fan controller board i replaced the old one and i still get the same error ? “Code:H_0x0001” i contacted Thermaltake again but have not been hearing any thing back ? any one have any thoughts ? thank you for your time…
