I am getting this issue when I shut down my laptop

[2227.408033] Power downthe laptop begins its shutdown phase and then get’s stuck at the third line, at which point the fans ramp up to 100 and the only way to shut it down is to hold the power button. The laptop also has a issue with suspending where it will shut down instead of suspending to ram.
Aside from that, I am also having issues where the bluetooth automatically turns on every time I start up the laptop is there a command I can do to shutdown location and bluetooth?
