Seems to be OEM version but the PCB and device ID is identical to reference one. Although it’s a single fan card, the max temp is 76°C and normal gaming in apex legend 4k/1440p is under 70°C

Update after couple months of using:
Playing new cod:mw3 zombies at 4K medium settings 57~80FPS, temp running at 80°C~87°C inside Coolermaster NR200 itx case.
After update to new GPU-Z from 2.54 to z.55 the ROPs became double, and Pixel Fillrate also double. Maybe the last version’s data is not correct
