Awesome.

Just to mention, I’m getting myself a pocket sized folding knife with a wooden handle, an Opinel #6. Travel/casual outdoors size and should be a legal carry in most countries due to design and length. They’re inexpensive and a bit unusual too unless you live in France, lol. Neat little gift for young and old. It comes in a variant using carbon steel which might appeal to the enthusiast or older person. Availability should be pretty worldwide. Opinel USA has a store of their own for instance.

If the user is more of a desk jockey it also cuts open packages and slices sausages in style. :yum:

Actually got mine for a steal at 1300. Last generation’s RMR.

Instant buy! Thank you so much, Wendell!!

And just remember… if you do have an MRE and want to heat it up, you need the MRE heater. And to properly use an MRE heater you need…

Personally I found rocks to be the most reliable, somethings will work in a pinch… and heaven help you if you are camping in a location that neither has rocks nor somethings.

For the conspiracy tinfoil nut in your life:

When you mentioned poster tack, all I could think about was Bongo Ties. Those things are so useful.

I think Brandon from Linus Tech Tips mentioned them before. (he was my classmate at BCIT)

I also wonder if they use poster tack to insulate for LN2 overclocking… or is that just plain erasers?

There are definitely some scopes worth that much, but not for anything remotely close quarters. Some 40x benchrest scopes are easily worth $2500 and up.

its artist erasers because it can be molded around the cpu socket

With their all natural bamboo and rubber, patented parts and guitar center endorsements I was sure these would cost way more then they were worth but no. They seem reasonable.

Amazing though. It looks like their website fell out of the early 2000’s.
