I am looking for a television service that is similar to cable but goes through the internet, not from a cable company.
If it is free then I will be quite happy, but a reasonable price is expected.
An option to scroll through channels would be nice, but something similar to netflix would work as well.
Does anyone know of such a service?

I could get on them just fine, although I am using a VPN that is connected to Seattle. I also disagree with your statement, Myth busters is fairly decent show as well as most of what is shown on the Science Channel.
