Just sharing this to make it potentially easier to find for people that need it. Ran one with this pinout for 3 days straight. 3 of the 12 volts and 3 grounds went to a 6 pin PCIe power plug; the rest can be done by re-pinning or otherwise modifying a 24 pin extension.
