System Volume Information Troubles

Hey guys,

Need a hand again with some issues with a folder called System Volume Information, its taking up just over 200GB of my secondary mass storage drive, 200GB which id quite like to use. Ive already check if it was a shadow copy issue or if it was a restore point issue with windows drive security. But ive had no luck.

Any ideas guys?

seems like it's just used for restore points, probably safe to delete it
