Synology SMB not working after format on WIN 11 help

As tite says I have a Synology NAS been working fine till I formatted my SSD on my computer I runing WIndows 11 but SMB is not working.

I can get it to connect via ip address but ip adress changes all this time, I used to beable to map too //synology workgroup name

I tried everything that my knowledge and many online helps but all to no sucess.
hoping someone can help me via shared screen over discord or something?

Are you running any kind of internet DNS or Privacy VPN program? These could cause SMB to stop working.

Otherwise you can configure your Synology NAS with a DHCP Reservation on your router (Or use a static IP outside the DHCP Range).

Make sure that firewall and antivirus do not block the SMB connection. Try to disable the firewall and then try to use SMB connection.
