I got a Supermicro CSE-846 chassis but am having to replace the PDB with the one that has 4x8pin EPS 12V connectors.
The issue is that the motherboards that I’m looking at (Supermicro and ASUS) both require 2x8pin EPS 12V and 1x8pin PCIE 12V. Given that I need a solution.
Would something like this work and more importantly not kill the $1K motherboard?
