Stupid question, but on the Supermicro H12SSLi MB where is the Chassis Power and LED Header located? I do not seem to be able to find it in the diagram based on their naming in the MB manual. Setting up a Proxmox system with SSD/NVMe storage in a Sliger CX4200a chassis and finishing the final connectors…

You’re looking for header JF1, which is located near the USB4/5 header on the left side, assuming the LAN ports at the rear (so counter-clockwise from the LAN ports). See the diagram on page 10 of the manual. A description of said header can be found in Chapter 2.6 of the aforementioned manual
