That looks really solid to me.
To be clear, getting really fast ram isn’t entirely required, but it’s definitely an option. I just wanted to make you aware that frequency isn’t everything.
ya well I need to do more research on memory. I was considering getting 32gb but I don’t really need it. So I was thinking I could get really fast memory instead of 32gb for same price but getting lower CL makes it more expensive.
You just want the lowest First Word Latency, for fast memory. I think faster frequency can outpace higher CL, but it really depends how far the CL gets pushed.
For your purposes you won’t notice any difference, just get a decent 3200 kit.
