In case anyone is wondering, I chose to share this post here to the Level1Techs forum & also to the LTT forum just in case anyone can help. But so far, I haven’t had a single response from any of my forum posts yet. Just figured it couldn’t hurt to try here. 
This link itself goes into the full details regarding the situation, and has yet to be resolved. Granted, I only posted this just last night, but anyway, if anyone has a solution or can help out, I would be quite grateful. 
I sure do hope this can somehow be resolved…
