Strange Graphical Error

Hello,
When I switch on my PC I occasionally get this happen on both of my monitors, the PC then doesn't boot up. After restarting its fine but does anyone know what causes this?

Bad video cards (fulty Vram)

Try underclocking the video card as well as slightly increasing the voltage to the card

It's a Windows 10 issue.

I have the same thing happen, randomly, when I boot up, on both monitors. A reset solves it.

Only had this since upgrading to Windows 10.
