Straight talk

So I have been using my phone more and more for work and will be using it even more than I already do now. It is an iPhone and I absolutley fucking hate it and this is coming from someone who used to be an Apple fanbitch. I wanted to get the Galaxy Note 3 when it came out later this year, but I do not want Verizon to have a bunch of my personal info and me be stuck in a 2 year contract paying 100/month + phone tax = ~120/month. I have been exploring some pre paid options and came across straight talk and noticed that they have the Galaxy S3.

Verizon and ATT are the only carriers in my area and they do work fairly well so I would guess that Straight talk would work well here? I am looking at their unlimited 45/month plan and took a look at the fine print. I did not see anything in there that was paticularly bothersome. According to the website I would get 4G LTE and obviously I would probably end up getting 3G which really doesn't bother me. The only issue I have with this is that it sounds too good to be true to have unlimited everything at 45/month with a phone that is actually worth a shit. Anyone else use these guys?

My friend used to use straight talk.  I have virgin mobile.  $35 for Unlimited text + Unlimited data + 300 talk minutes.  If you know anyone around that has a Tracphone then you should be getting the same service as them with your straight talk, seeing as how they use the same towers across the board (I think).  Depending on where you're at they are partnered with either Verizon or Sprint with their towers.

In short, Straight Talk isn't bad... you just have to pay full price for the phone because you're not locked into a contract.
