Hey Tek community! I built my new computer this Christmas and everything is running fine, except one thing :/

When I go to trade with a few of my friends on steam it looks like this http://i.imgur.com/nXUO9oK.png I cant figure out how to make it go back to normal (I've redownloaded steam and that didn't help)

When I use steam on my other computer the trading box works perfectly fine, any ideas?

can you see the downwards arrow under the words inventory try hovering over that then clicking the game you want see if that works?

No, I can't see what's in my inventory either :/ it's a very odd situation, i'd like to get a hold of steam but I dont know how.
