Hi,
I have an Asus laptop Rog Strix Scar II model GL504GM.
I want to buy a SSD memory of the type M2 NVMe PCIe , the model of the memory is Gammix S11 Pro produced by Adata XPG.
I was wondering if it fits in my laptop and if I can buy the 1 TB capacity version.
Hmm, I can’t seem to find anything about SSD compatibility from ASUS on that laptop.
I did find a 1TB NVMe SSD on Crucial’s website that specifically says it is 100% compatible with that laptop though.
So I would hazard a guess that the Adata SSD you are looking at should work. You will most likely have to take off any heatsink that is on the SSD to make it fit in the laptop though.
Is the one on the laptop already an NVME drive? If it is, chances are your laptop supports any standard NVME drives.
I’d suggest you check out the Inland Premium 1TB, i’m a huge fan of those.
