SSD Formating and erasing

Hi!
I`m preparing for couple of hundred SSD data erasing procedure and later reselling. Based on couple of manufacturer (Intel, Samsung) claims - once the SSD is formatted one time it is safe enough to resell. No rewrites are necessary etc, like it was with HDD drives.
SSD drives are different manufacturer products, so will use universal tool for erase/format procedure.

Are these claims completely true ?
Any suggestions to a person, who is rater safe than sorry?

Thank you in advance!

There is a method, enhanced ata secure erase, you could search that for your platform of choice.
It will for sure brick/render a device unusable if messed up though, so make sure you know what you are doing (thorough research first)
But it is possible to erase them to a reasonable level.
Given different people have different levels of “reasonable”
