Some pretty noobish questions

I saved up for my new pc build and  I'm currently just editing the partlist, but i the meantime I have some questions about the building process of the pc.

1. How long does it usually take to build it and install the operating system?

2. How common is it to get a doa?

3. When I'm getting the drivers for the graphics card what website do I get it from?  (If I get a Evga 650 ti do I get the drivers from the Nvidia website or the Evga website.)

Parts I think I gonna get:

Intel Core i3 3220,    Evga 650 ti 1gb or Sapphire 7850 1gb(Depends or current price)

Some optical drive,1 Tb Hard Drive, Asrock lga1155 Motherboard, 500 watt power supply(80 plus of course)

Corsair 200r Case

Windows 7

1. If its your first time, count on around two hours. That was how ,long it took to get muy first build rolling.

2. Very uncommon, especially if you get parts from a trusted manufacturer such as Evga.

3. The Nvidia website, evga doesnt make any drivers.

And you should get the FX6300 over that Core i3, as the FX6300 beats all the Core i3 and has a lower price too.
