[SOLVED] Supermicro M12SWA-TF Bios update time

I’ve set the bios of my Supermicro M12SWA-TF bios to update for over an hour now. And its still at the same place right after issued the flash.nsh command–

Does any one have any idea how long this thing takes?

I’m updating to:
File Name: BIOS_M12SWA-TF-1C1C_20230605_2.1_STDsp.zip
Revision 2.1

I’m pretty sure you gotta extract the rom out of it first

yeah i did…
thats not the problem.

Left it till today- rebooted and found it cleared the files on the USB but the bios remained the same

Did a reset to optimized defaults, then the bios update.

It seemed to have worked.

Step 4 of supermicro’s instructions never happened.
