Hi
I bought (iStarUSA TC-RAIL-26 26) Sliding Rail Kit" and I am having trouble sliding my case in it.
I use Rosewill 4U (RSV-R4000)
here some pics. did I install the rails in the wrong direction ? because it looks correct but its too hard to shove it in =.=!
maybe I should remove this black piece with screw driver?
the case don’t go in beyond 2 inches

solved it. the shelf was in the way =.=! i cant believe I spend hours trying to make the rails work and the shelf blocking the case from going in
