Prove that THEY BOUGHT IT! I asked for proof that was it. Nothing more, nothing less. If you can't prove that it was purchased, then it was stolen. It's one or the other. Unless they just happened to find it on a sidewalk or something.

It's not that they can't, it's that they WON'T. You have no legal authority to see an invoice for the product, therefore it is withheld from you. Besides, if you REALLY want to pick at hairs, you can buy things and request to NOT get a receipt/invoice from the seller.
Sucks that you have such a hard time having faith in people.
