ok so during game play i get shudders and sometimes full pauses, sometimes up to 5-10 seconds! so far ive ruled out overheating, cpu, psu, and software issues with specific games. it happens on all most all of my games. mainly ARMA3. someone said it was a directx11 issue but i cant find a way to roll back to 10 to fix it. HELP?!?!

Are this stutters Isolater to arma3? or do they occur at the desktop while browsing the web? And are they on interval? EG they lagg every 30seconds
also Download this program and report back, your problem seems much too severe then DPC but it's in all possible

I looked at your comment pre-publish and the link is there. It looks like one of my extensions is blocking it. I'll fix that now, It was an issue on my end not seeing it.
The link also explains DPC latency pretty well, Basicly a spike of latency will cause a visual and audio pause in the system usually caused by rogue device.
What I'm seeing is not DPC latency, It would be a single spike that potentially repeats periodically, I thought that at first because I didn't see the video and I've dealt with this before personally.
It looks to be like normal lagg/choking. Something is wrong on the software side of things. Try updating your graphics driver, If that doesn't help try downloading the previous version (non-beta) of the driver.
Also, does it only happen while streaming?
no and i have updated the drivers and rolled them back. it only seems to happen in multiplayer servers. i was just on a hamachi hosted server and it didnt do it.
