I found this refurbished 1440p monitor and i'm not familiar with what panel it has and if it overclocks. i'm searching around but I haven't really found anything.

Also I know what panel is in this monitor (Apple Cinima Display) only because Tek Syndicate did a review way back but not sure if it overclocks either.
Recommendations (under 300 dollars please) and Korean monitor advice of any kind are most welcome. I'm interested in something that could reach 90 hz.
