Sli 2 760's or a 770

As the title says, what should i go for, I dont know if my computer could handle it or if a bottleneck would be caused, Any tips from you guys?

CPU
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 36 °C
Thuban 45nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 800MHz (9-11-11-29)
Motherboard
MSI 990FXA-GD65 (MS-7640) (CPU 1) 37 °C
Graphics
IPS224 (1920x1080@60Hz)
Philips 227EL (1920x1080@60Hz)
2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series (XFX Pine Group)

Power supply - Corsair 750W

Since you have two screens i would head for the 770.

What makes you say that?

Because you can only game on 1/3/5 screens. And the 770 wont use up much resources with the second screen.

I will only be using one screen for gaming and the other one is for webpages etc

I would head for the 770. Less power, less heat.

Thanks man!

Anyone think there will be a big bottleneck in my cpu Phenom 2 1090t?

There will be no bottlenceck whatsoever. The 1090t has pretty damn good per core prformance. I think it lies just above the fx6300. so there shouldn't be any bottlenecks.

You can get a sapphire Vapor-x 7970 for less than a good 770. It's the same card I have and I play every game maxed out, Grid 2, Witcher2, Bioshock Infinite, Sleeping Dogs, a good amount of others, all without issues and almost always above 60 FPS. Check out the benches for it, too, against the 770. with some overclocking you can get a bit better performance than a 770 and for a bit cheaper.

Of course the 770 is a great card, but certainly consider the 7970.

And a side note, the 7970 is notorious for doing comparitevely better at larger/muti-screens. And eyefinity is hands down better than nvidia surround.

Call me an AMD Fanboy, but I really just like the 7970/7950.

I was also considering this due to the extra gig of memory for upcoming games also

384bit 3gb if I am not mistaken is as good as or better than 256bit 4gb

Im egging towards the 770 4gb twin frozr
