I used to use Realistic with .113 and i had no lag whatsoever. Then i upgraded to Cinematic with .221 and i got a lot of mouse lag (fps is about the same). It's not in the main or pause menu (still in inventory) so i am guessing it is a certain effect that is causes it, but it don't know what.
