I very recently got Skyrim Legendary as it was on sale recently and I really should have gotten it a very long time ago. I got NMM running and loaded up the Better Shaped Weapons mod. I'd very much like recommendations for other visual mods and I'd very, very much love a fix for the double cursor issue that occurs like 5/6 times you boot up the game.

I would for sure check out Gopher's videos and Logan's modding videos. A lot of info. As far as visual mods I'm using most of what Logan uses, but I'm using z-ENB instead of his(major frame rate boost).
