Skyrim Modding: Texture Pack Combiner or Skyrim Mod Combiner?

I have began modding Skyrim again, and now I have my game some what how I like it. And now have started looking into textures and ENB's to continue to enhance my game. But the Texture Pack Combiner has been discontinued and one of the mods that is required for It (Skyrim Realistic Overhaul) is now gone from the Skyrim Nexus, and after a little research a few people recommend using the Skyrim Mod Combiner. And to be fair I don't know if I should just do what I can with the Texture Pack Combiner or use Skyrim Mod Combiner? What do you guys think?

For my mod management i use Mod Organizer.

Thanks to anyone who has any input!

Just FYI, we have an official Skyrim thread here: https://forum.teksyndicate.com/t/official-skyrim-discussion/64488?u=deusares
