I do agree that people on the far ends of the spectrum are irritating because they are the ones who yell the loudest.
Easy solution: delete your social media. Stop caring what others think. Be free.
Not to mention social media is vapid and everyone only shows their themselves as a "performance".

Would you?:) I'm not mad the one's taking potshots at me. I'm pretty thick skinned. But, when you make posts and delete them while I'm responding, I get irritated. This has happened twice.
