We have crazy people over here but 99% of the time they don't get their hands on guns. Much less carnage.
Call me crazy but i think allowing students to carry guns on college is a good thing( if properly trained, like a permit and permission from the school)

I'd agree with that. Texas just passed a law allowing concealed carry on college campuses if you have a license.

I dunno. Somehow they can get hold of assault weapons whenever they freaking want them. It is the general law abiding population that doesn't have access to them. In feb this year some crackpot decided to kill two civilians and wound 5 cops with a C7, SIG P210 and some other handgun, close to where I live in Copenhagen.
