So we have a team of users at my work place who have 4 shared mailboxes and a personal mailbox, now the team is using Office 2010 - 2016. In terms of reliability we see an improvement with 2013 & 2016, however these days we are recreating a profile about once a week.
We have tired scanning the OST and fixing however it rarely works and takes almost the same amount of time as recreating the profile.
The team itself is quite inflexible, and wont allow us to archive emails less than 2 years old resulting in the ost being about 50gb.
If you guys have any suggestions on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.
