Help me understand anything about fixing a TFTP Session Timed Out? Tried to get my Brocade ICX6610 setup following this guide; FCX / ICX6610 - Fohdeesha Docs, I’ve got my laptop hooked up via serial into the console port. Everytime I try to run the TFTP copy, I keep getting Session Timed Out. Using Putty on Linux Mint btw
Well, the error means that switch cannot connect to the tftp server.
You can run a “ping ” from the console to make sure you have connectivity.
I used the tftp server on Win10 that come bundled and had the hardest time for it to punch through the Win10 firewall. So, look out for that as a potential issue.
