You can get a Windows 10 ISO from microsoft. It's going to be slow, but not as slow as windows update, I assume.
But I'm not sure about the licensing conditions, I read something that you'll get a permanent upgrade if you have a OEM license or something like that.

So i Finish downloading Windows 10 Home 64Bit I formated my Hard Drive Did a Clean Install of course i sign in to my Account then i select change my Product Key Then input the Product Key witch is the same one as my laptop i'm thinking may be the same one but it could be that my account has these PC Registered any way it says it's Activated so thats good :D
