Selling a Goodwill computer

I went on a Goodwill trip, and managed to find this computer. I haven't been able to get it running as I don't have a spare hard drive. I'm looking for about ~50USD (10 will go to shipping), but name your price. US only.

I managed to find some of the parts, but I can't seem take off the CPU cooler for some reason.

Motherboard

PSU The case isn't right, but there's no identifying information on the case to help identify the manufacturer.

RAM - I can't find a vendor for the RAM, but the model number is "m2gvd6g3i4170i1e53". Two 1GB sticks, DDR2.

GPU - Onboard graphics, ATI Radeon Xpress 1250.
