Granted if the r9 300's get announced in March, then I'll be looking at those. The power supply I have from a build I was going to do but it got scrapped. I definitely will going the watercooling route with the cpu. I'm going to wait till late march or early April. Any advice or suggestion's on the build are welcome.

I'm assuming your using this rig for editing correct, also whats your budget?

Correct. My budget is $3000. I already have monitors, keyboard, mouse, and windows 8.1.

You would be better off going with X99 in my opinion but other than that everything looks fine.
