Second Build $1500 i7 Recommendations?

So I just finished my first build which I am very proud of. But, I am ready to do my second one. I want to go with an Intel build this go around With at least an i7 processor. I also want it to be water cooled as well. I don't need a GPU because I already have a spare GTX card laying around. So if you could send me some options that would be great thanks!
