I was just wondering is there a way to automate setting cpu affinity for background tasks/services so that i can relegate all the crap that runs in the background to 1 or 2 cores and leave the rest reserved purely for the current game i am playing. Or would this yield zero benefits anyway and thus be utterly pointless. (The reason I am curious is because of intel touting such a feature as a main selling point of their recent re-badge of the 13000 series.
