SATA SSD Storage Pool for 10Gbe Performance

I have recently purchased 8x Samsung 870 Evo 1TB SSD. My plan to use these SSDs in 1 Pool for 1 primary function as a NFS share for Nextcloud Server hosted on another Debian Server in the network with 10Gbe link between TrueNAS and this debian server.
What will be the best option considering these 8x SSDs for RAIDZ formation?
I did some research, and I have shortlisted 2 options;
Option 1- ALL SSDs in RAIDZ2
Option 2- 2x Groups of 4x SSDs in RAIDZ1

What is the best option for performance with 10Gbe?

P.S.- I know Samsung 870s are not the best SSDs for the task but that’s the best I could afford in my local market. Here, in India, Micron 5400s and any other Enterprise SATA SSDs are priced with excess premium.

More vdevs = higher performance. So 4x mirror is best. Followed by 3x 3-wide RAIDZ1 and 2x 4-wide RAIDZ1.
