I know it's just the same case, and obviously there's a company that makes this laptop case and has made a deal with both companies it's still weird.
A lot of times, they use barebone kits from OEM companies such as Clevo or Compal. I personally have an iBuyPower Battallion 101 CZ-10, which is just a Compal KHLB2. It's usually cheaper to go with a barebone than to design and manufacture their own. Not all that weird.
