Ryzen 3000 series cpu ram compatibility question

does anyone know if corsair vengeance rgb pro 3000mhz cl15 will work with a ryzen 5 3600 cpu, and a tomahawk b450 motherboard?? right now this ram is working with the cpu im using now which is a ryzen 5 2600, and i have the ram overclocked to 3200mhz.

If you current ram works fine with your current mobo.
Then i don’t really see many reasons why it wouldn’t work with a 3000 series cpu,
on the same motherboards.
Unless you really loose the silicon lottery, but that isn’t very likely.

cool, thats good to know.

If the RAM is on your motherboard’s QVL it will work 97% of the time.

i tried that, but msi for some reason does not have the 3000 series listed, weird!!

Oh, it looks like MSI’s site is being flaky, I could get to the list before I posted, but now I can’t.

How bizarre.

I did see Corsair at 3000 and CL15 on the list the first time for Ryzen 3000, so it should be fine.

well i figure it works with this board and the 2600 cpu im using now, so im figuring that it should work with the 3600 to.
