I have this roommate that hosts this stupid 8-bit/text based game that really fucks our internet.Is there a router out there that I could use to monitor his bandwidth and inf need be block the games IPS?Â

I think you can monitor his bandwidth with software if your networked. As for blocking IP..i have no idea
