Hello, I have a gate opener by Mhouse and I need to buy a new remote.
It uses rolling code 433.92 Keeloq.
I found a Liftmaster compatible remote that I like because of the shape and clip for the visor.
Can I pair that to my gate or is Keeloq brand-specific?
In theory you should be fine as long as they are both keeloq and both the same frequency, but as someone who got burned by similar a couple of times before he learned, get the liftmaster remote from someone who does returns. usually different manufacturers keep it the same but keeloq is really just an encoding standard, what they send in the signal can be wildly different if they put the effort in
