ROCm finally gets official AMD support on Windows and RDNA 2 + RDNA 3

Great news for AI compute on consumer(?) AMD GPU cards on Windows!

As of today, the ROCm 5.6 documentation says ROCm has support for Windows platform and on the RDNA 2 and RDNA 3 architecture. Supporting both some of the Radeon Pro and Radeon cards from these architectures.

Hope to see an update video from Wendell

Great, maybe now the supported hardware list on Linux will have more than 5 GPUs in it too.
And yes, I know about the task on Github.
