Resolution Problems

Hi guys Just built my Dream PC and I have downloaded all my drivers but for some reason i cannot get my resolution to fit my screen. I have a viewsonic 1080p 120hz im pretty sure it is a 27inch. The max res is 1920x1080. Everytime I put on max res my icons are off screen and my window bar is barly on screen. but the res looks great and would like to keep it there but with my icons and things not being off screen. any advice would be helpful.

You should be able to fix this with a setting in the video drivers.

Or your video card needs to RMA'd (just had a client have this happen first time i've seen it). Wont properly gain the resolution neccessary, drivers dont fix it. Might need to send it in. *Hopefully not*
