In general, we try not encourage folks to circumvent/bypass security protocols at work or school. If there are work tools that you need for legitimate reasons, I suggest discussing this with work staff.

Misusing corporate networks and attempting to bypass security that’s been put in place could lead you to having disciplinary action taken again you by your company and at worst fired for misusing the network.
If you require access to services like maven etc for work you should go through the appropriate channels to have that allowed or use the right processes to make use of their internal repositories.
