Is there any way that I can increase the maximum number of gang members allowed to be recruited? The max is 7. Now I want it to be increased, but there's no evidence of anyways to increase the number when I looked in the game's system files.

You got the spelling wrong before, just fixed it =P
you need to take gangs on successful drive bys and stuff. build up your rep. i think 7 is near the max if not it
