Read only on secondary NTFS drive

Hi all, On my secondary NTFS formatted hard drive I suddenly have a read only situation, I’m using Fedora 30, the fstab options are “auto nosuid,nodev,nofail,x-gvfs-show 0 0” and sudo nautilus doesn’t work

That usually means that the dirty shutdown bit has been turned on. You need to run a check disk in windows on that drive.
